- Identify clients' needs and provide logistics solutions to set-up or improve supply chain operations;

- Based on clients commercial and service requirements, negotiate and contract with partners and suppliers;

Warehouse Operator

- Bridge warehouse and operation team, assist warehouse operation, can meet the operation team’s requirements;

- Observe and analyses exceptions or issues during warehouse operations and provide the solution and correction plan to the operation team to solve issues on time;

- Competent as a full back up of supporting and solving the warehouse operation;

- Daily report to operation manager about warehouse operation issues;

- Working in alignment with company’s strategy, operations team's plan and executing it well.

Finance Assistant

- Prepare accruals, prepayments, and provisions according to the company policies and processing bank transactions;

- Prepare commercial invoice and credit notes for vendors;

- Generate A/P and A/R report on daily basis;

- Perform inventory analysis and prepare stock report in the timely and accurate manner;

- Check expense claims and manage the fix asset account;

- Assist senior accountant in prepare VAT, intrastat and statistical returns;

- Generate and perform general ledger pre/post closing journal entries;

- Completion of monthly balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations.
