  Sofar, it's agreatgym. Serious but respectful atmosphere. It's clean, they have showers, cycling room, steam room, turf room, and dance exercise (besides your usual workout equipment)

  Can't get 5stars until they offer abetter option than the barcode scan via smart phone only. Not reliable and idon't want myphone onme walking into thegym.

  Love this place. It's ahuge facility sobeing crowded isn't asbig ofa factor. I've been totons ofgyms, this isin mytop3. Clean, well-maintained, tons ofequipment, reasonable membership fees. The staff isnice. One thing, the water pressure inthe locker room could bebetter.

  Don’t dopersonal training here. They are making you tobe bound with bad contract. They offer long period ofpersonal training and don’t tell ushow toquit the contract inthe first place even though wetold them wecouldn’t dofor long period. And make uspay for the extra month toquit the contract that wecannotuse.

  I have had areally bad experience atthis gym and have requested for amanager tocall meseveral times regarding mymembership. After not receiving acall, Icalled and asked tospeak toa manager, Tiana picked upthe phone and very rudely said the manager isbusy, what isyour membership number. Iasked ifshe was amanager and she said noand asked mefor mymembership number again, Isaid Ineeded tospeak toa manager and she slammed the phone down and Iheard the hold music. Ifinally spoke toa manager onduty and headvised methere have been several complaints onTiana and hewill have atalk withher. Istill have noresolution and have not heard back from anyone since Ivisited the location. Ihave mental issues, which iswhy Ijoined this gym tohelp mymental health. Unfortunately this isnow worrying meeveryday and adding toit. Iam inshock how unresponsive the management team have been. This isvery disappointing because Ineed agym towork outat. Iam still requesting amanager tocallme.… – show

  Too crowded. Spotty WiFi. Unused space that could alleviate over crowding. Staff stands and talks toeach other rather than help. Nonew machines-machines that need fixing ornew padding gounfixed for long periods. Goto arealgym. This ain'tit. It's astep upfrom aplanet fitness but that's aboutit. All Ihear isabout the new place and that's been over ayear. Cycle room barely used-that could hold machines orequipment that could siphon off some ofthe crowds.

Our staff isvery friendly and approachable, aswell asalways willing tohelp. Isthere something you are currently needing help with that mystaff hasn't been made aware ofyet? Wedo order brand new pads onthe regular, however they dotake time tocome indue tothe simple fact that weorder the best!   This isa solidgym.
  I just moved toKnoxville last week and immediately got agym membership here.
  I’m pretty impressed with thegym. It’s clean and has everything you need.
  Even the womens locker room/bathroom isclean and well stocked, even during busy times.
  Free weight/dumbbell area ishuge, multiples ofmany weights. Lots ofcable machines, tons ofsquat racks,etc.
  The only issue I’ve ever had inmy week there iswaiting for the leg press toopen up(if you got more inthe future, that would beawesome). Luckily, noone hogsit, and people have been friendly enough for meto work inwith them.

  There’s some bad reviews about the management, but Idon’t know what that’s about really. All staff have been kind tome every time Iapproached them. They’re mostly young adults, but they all seem friendly and helpful.

  Dress code islaxed- shorts and sports bras are fine.
  Recording seemed iffy- nocameras/tripods and such allowed. However, staff said ifyou’re mindful ofpeople aroundyou, it’s okto record aset onyour phone ifyou’re documenting progress, sothat’s cool.

  Overall agoodgym. Like anygym, it’s least busy very early inthe morning. Picks upwith the later morning crowd (right before work) and most busy inthe evening.

  I donot recommend. Not clean. Crowded. Other guests donot wipe down machines. They charge you for the next month after you give them cancellation notice. Then overchargedme, which Iguess was acancellationfee. Ihave been amember atdifferent gyms over the last 15years, and this was the worst one forme.

  I’ve been going tothis gym ever since they opened and Ican say it’s one ofthe best gyms I’ve beento. Jeremy, Collin, and Steven are some ofthe greatest people you will ever meet. Jeremy really knows how torun the facility. Great staff great members and overall great facility. I’ve never had abad experience everytime I’ve went togo workout. Keep doing great you guys are killing itrightnow.

  I’m ata loss ofwords for this place. The equipment, staff, and amenities are just great! The day care isalso amazing for my4kids! And the staff isjust phenomenal! Collin Hockman especially. There’s nothing better than coming into the gym and seeing Collin’s smiling face. Heanswers any questions Ihave and also spots mewhenever Ineed! Can’t thank Collin and the club4 staff enough for the dedication they have givenme.

  Management ishorrible and disrespectful. Iwatched the manager throw amember out for using the facility hepays monthlyfor. The member replied respectfully that hehad referred 15members tothe club. The manager responded those members don't matter. They don't keep the lightson! The manager istoo young and immature for his position with the company. The club isa great concept; however, the way management feels about its members and disrespects them tothe point herevoked amember's membership for nogood reason. The manager also commented about the member going over his head about something. Heis amember, not anemployee. Heis not breaching the contract byreaching out tothe corporate office. Unfortunately, araging child ismanaging agreat facility. Idon't see myself continuing mymembership here with this management.… – show

  Has billed mefor child care since opening. Never entered mykids into the system. Spent more time fighting for their paperwork and ITto gothrough than actually workingout. Staff isclueless
