How much does delivery cost?

What is the returns policy?
Club L London will refund any unwanted item(s) as long as they are returned (in original condition) within 14 days of receipt.
Due to hygiene reasons some exclusions apply. You cannot return: Nakey Nakey products, Earrings, Cosmetics, Swimwear or Face masks. Items purchased in the sale or as part of a Bundle offers are also non-returnable.
I threw my returns slip away - help!
No worries! You can complete one online. Just fill in the form then attach the returns label to the package and take this with you to your nearest drop off location. No printer? No problem, your drop off location should be able to help you with that. If all of that is not working for you, simply write a note with your name, order number, what you are returning and why.
